Terms and Conditions

Every order has a $35 minimum. If the rate-card total for an order comes to less than $35, the order is charged $35. The order form, price calculator and project desk show this before you order. Shipping, when it applies, is added on top.

A $55 design service fee applies only if your file needs vectorizing or more detailed design work. We’ll review your file and let you know before any fee is billed. It is billed separately after review and is not part of the online checkout total.

• No design fee for print-ready files you send us.
• No design fee for designs you make yourself in our Smart Editor.
• A repeat order of an unchanged design needs no vectorizing or design work, so there is no fee.

• Online orders with a listed price are paid in full at checkout.
• Local quote jobs need a 50% deposit to start.

• Indiana sales tax of 7% is charged on orders picked up at the shop and on orders shipped to an Indiana address.
• It is figured on the goods, including any $35 minimum order adjustment. Shipping is never taxed.
• Orders shipped to an address outside Indiana are not charged Indiana sales tax.
• The tax is shown as its own line on the order form and at checkout.
• Tax-exempt organizations can apply from their account by uploading an Indiana exemption certificate. The shop reviews each application. Tax is removed only on orders placed while logged in to an account whose application was approved, never automatically.

• An account is optional. You can always check out as a guest.
• Your account keeps your name, email, phone, company, saved shipping addresses, your order history and any tax-exemption application. We use it only to fill in your orders, contact you about them, and apply an approved exemption.
• Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash; we never see them. Keep your password private and log out on shared devices. Sessions end after 8 hours without activity.
• Exemption certificates are stored privately (not on the public website) and are seen only by Pro-Prints staff who review them. We keep them as long as needed for Indiana sales-tax records.
• Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• We do not sell your information. To update or delete your account, use your account page or contact us.
• When you confirm your email, you can add past orders you placed as a guest with the same email to your account.

A person checks every file, and nothing prints until you approve the proof.

We reply to quote requests within 1 business day. Products without a listed price are quoted by the shop.

• Pickup is at 394 Northside Drive, Batesville, IN, Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. ET.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout from the product, quantity, shipping speed and ship-to state, and is not taxed. Large or freight items (including banners 89 in. or longer, except our 4 × 8 ft vinyl and mesh banners, which ship at the listed rates), PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO) addresses and quantities without a listed shipping rate are quoted by the shop before you pay.
• 16pt Gloss Rush and 14pt Gloss business cards can ship overnight for $12.95. Other business cards offer 2-day and overnight at the rates shown at checkout. Other expedited shipping is quoted by the shop.
• If your need-by date can't be met with the shipping you chose, we'll offer a faster option or contact you before we ship.
